When I try to register it gives me an error message!
Please go back and check that your telephone number and zipcode are correct. If this information is correct and you still are getting the error message, please contact administration.
I lost my Password!
If you lost your username or password you can retrieve it by visiting the OLT home page: http://www.r-a-specialists.com/olt/ and pressing on the “forgot password” link. Follow the on screen instructions to retrieve your information.
I can’t login to the training account!
Please make sure your “caps-lock” key is not pressed. Usernames are all numbers and passwords are all lowercase. If you still cannot login check your password or retrieve it from the lost password link on the OLT home page. If you still cannot login please contact administration.
When I try to login it says my account has expired!
Once the duration of your training account runs out you are locked out of the training program. Please contact administration to set up a new training account.
After I login I can’t run the training program or download any materials. It keeps asking me for a password!
The AOL and Compuserve browsers are NOT supported at this time. Please use another browser, like Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, or Netscape. Other browsers may work but have not been tested.
